MARKETING CAMPAIGN
Raleigh Denim Workshop Campaign
For my senior capstone at Elon, I was put in a group of five as a PR Firm. We were given a real client, Raleigh Denim Workshop and were competing against five other PR Firms (class groups) to be hired. Not to brag or anything, but, my firm was hired. The client, Raleigh denim workshop, came to us.
My passion for campaign management allowed me to lead my Firm for the semester. The Client, Raleigh Denim Workshop came to us searching for ways to become more involved in the community and become more sustainable.
To achieve the sustainability objectives, I proposed “RD Cycle.” RD Cycle is a sustainability program, repurposing and re-energizing previously purchased Raleigh Denim jeans. RD Cycle brings a whole new look to sustainability, especially within the fashion industry.
RD Cycle makes RDW jeans the purchase of a lifetime. Customers have the opportunity to stay up to date on the latest trends by bringing their Raleigh Denim jeans in store for cutting, staining or painting. Customers can also send their jeans into RDW for credit on a new pair or reused pair.
Wild Postings
One tactic I developed to promote awareness for RD Cycle was wild postings. The wild postings were targeted in the Raleigh triangle to bring attention to the local community. I strategized and then designed postings that would draw attention to leave a lasting impression. The postings promote brand awareness, community and craft.
Logo
I created this logo for RD Cycle, that is easy to identify and matches the brand’s existing aesthetic.
Budget
Lastly, I was in charge of managing the budget for this campaign. (Notice: there are more Tactics in the budget. I only am showing what I was solely responsible for.)
